yesterday forgot to say..
i think i saw renfred when i was having dinner...

nowadays...
we are very 'IN' in saying..
"don waste food, think of ppl in Africa"
which i agree!!!!!!!
we are always saying this because
always have ppl cannot finish food..
then we will tell them that..

i think there is something wrong with my back..
very pain!!!!!!!!!
